Import / Export

Traveling with your precious pet both overseas and in Japan

If you’re relocating to Malaysia or considering immigrating…
When bringing pets (dogs or cats) to Malaysia, there are two main methods:
carrying them on the plane as as hand luggage or entrusting them to a cargo service.
Generally, bringing them on board as as hand luggage is more commonly used.

For pets coming from Japan, obtaining an “import permit” issued by the Malaysian government is necessary.
However, this can only be applied for by Malaysian corporations.

Conventional procedural assistance services often came with insufficient explanations and unnecessary support, resulting in expensive fees.
With our service, we provide detailed manuals free of charge and offer necessary support at lower prices.

We will help you move to Malaysia with your pet with peace of mind.
