[Import] We Imported Two Toy Poodles.
Mr./Ms. Y entered the country with a tiny Toy Poodle. It is an extremely small Toy Poodle weighing less than 2 kg, and due to concerns about placing the dog in the cargo hold, they arrived in Malaysia via Korean Air through Incheon. Among the flights arriving in Malaysia, JAL, ANA, and Malaysia Airlines require pets to be placed in the cargo hold, but Korean Air allows pets to be brought into the cabin with the owner. (There are conditions such as the total weight of the pet and the cage being within the carry-on luggage limit).
There was a delay in Incheon, and due to runway congestion at Kuala Lumpur Airport, they arrived more than two hours later than scheduled, but they were glad they didn’t have to place the pet in the cargo hold. Long flights can be very stressful for pets, so it is expected that more people will choose to fly with Korean Air in the future, even though it may be a bit more effort.
